A Taste of Ian Kittichai At Patara
If you love Thai food, book a seat a Patara Fine Thai Cuisine here in Singapore next week and have a treat with renown Chef Ian Kittichai’s cooking. The A-list Thai chef, dubbed “The Golden Boy” by the Bangkok Post, will be cooking up a feast from the 21 to 27 November in conjunction with Asian Masters 2011. Highlights are a dinner degustation menu and two cooking workshops (22 & 23 Nov) which will be followed by a set lunch.
Ian Kittichai is the whizz behind the Kittichai Restaurant in New York City, and his and food & beverage consulting firm, Cuisine Concept Co. is behind acclaimed restaurants such as Murmuri in Barcelona, gastro bar Hyde & Seek in Bangkok and Koh by Ian Kittichai, at the Intercontinental Marine Drive Hotel in Mumbai. Earlier this year, he opened Ember Room, an American-Asian barbecue restaurant with Chef Todd English in New York City.
