Meet The World Chocolate Master 2009
When you have a man with good hands and lots of chocolate, what’s a healthy girl to do? Nibble, of course!
Meet Sous Chef Shigeo Hirai, from the Grand Hyatt Tokyo who was recently crowned World Chocolate Master 2009 in France.
If you’re in Tokyo, make sure you pick up some of his chocolate concoctions at the hotel’s Fiorentina Pastry Boutique or have dessert at the hotel’s restaurants! At our age, best live it up and save our calories only for the best!
