Chocolate Diamond Cake
This weekend’s not just polling day for Singapore, it’s also Mother’s Day. In my eyes, one chef has got it right in pleasing the ladies. Hilton Singapore’s Chef Christophe Grilo is serving up Riviera, a Chocolate Diamond Cake (S$60+) designed just for the ladies, and studded with ‘diamonds’. Made of Chuao chocolates by luxe chocolate company Amedei, this cake has a crispy chocolate base and layers of Chuao chocolate and dark chocolate hazelnut mousse, then glazed with chocolate and decorated with edible sugar bling. Real cute!
