Cocktails In Your Private Salon?
Hmm, here’s an idea to spruce up your bedroom and turn it into a boudoir – the Cointreau Dita Von Teese Limited Edition Coffret. Nope, it’s not one with shower gels and body scrubs to slough off your dry skin. I guess it already assumes you are scrubbed and smoothened for a roll in the hay.
This $800 (yikes!) pink treasure box - designed by burlesque star (read ‘tasteful nudity’) and Cointreau brand ambassador Dita Von Teese – carries a small bottle of Cointreau, two long-stemmed cocktail glasses and a vivid pink cobbler shaker, plus space for ‘womanly keepsakes’ locked away with a golden key. Only 15 are available in Singapore if you want to get your hands on it.
While most of us in real life crash out in bed after a day of fetching the kids, banging out presentations and whipping up dinner, it’s certainly a thought to inject a bit of boudoir into your bedroom.
According to Remy Cointreau’s press release, this prized treasure melds “modernity with a whisper of 1950’s retro glamour….for women of all walks to mix fashionable cocktails in the privacy of their own realm”.
Now all we fabulicious ladies need now is a Swarovski crystal-studded fridge for drinky poos and a couple of lace corsets!
