DHC Extends Range At Watsons

I was quite impressed by DHC when I went on my year end holidays last year. I had a travel pack size of DHC skin care which I had never tried before, a set of samples sent to me from their PR company and I was really happy with the texture, feel and quality of the product. No wonder as they are Japan’s number 1 best selling direct mail skincare brand. Now stocked at Watsons in Singapore, DHC has increased their product portfolio with two ranges – one, a range of natural fruit extracts that have superb moisturising qualities for soft and supple skin and the other, a Medicated Q10 skincare range that is formulated with Coenzyme Q10 known for its anti-aging properties.

With Kiwi, Apple, Peach, Grapefruit and Raspberry fruit extracts, DHC Moisture Fruit Skincare Range effectively rejuvenates skin even for individuals who are prone to skin disorders. Free from parabens, synthetic fragrances and artificial colorings, the fruity skincare range is only formulated with natural essential oils extracted from pressed Grapefruit Peel which has a superior hydrating effect for a baby-soft radiant appearance. They come in shimmery pearl and baby pink bottles and comprise three key products: a Moisture Fruit Foaming Wash which has a marshmellow-like foam to gently cleanse the skin,  a Moisture Fruit Lotion which is mainly for hydration and has plant based amino acids to help maintain moisture levels and a Fruit Gel Cream that is also enriched with amino acids and when smoothed on to the skin, it traps moisture to give it that long lasting glow. Just launched in store check out the DHC Moisture Fruit Skincare Range from $19.90 to $23.90 only.

The Medicated Q10 Skincare Range contains a maximum Q10 concentration of 0.3% (ten times more than any other conventional item) which effectively boosts skin repair and helps reduce a considerable amount of free radical damage. Coenzyme Q10 is naturally produced by the human body and is necessary for the basic functioning of cells. A powerful anti-oxidant, Q10 is known to fight free radicals, damaging particles that contribute to the aging process. In normal conditions, the body is able to produce as much Q10 as it needs. Unfortunately, levels of Q10 inevitably decrease with age: this is particularly true for the skin, which becomes an easy target for the attack of free radicals and the weather. The other active ingredients include a water-soluble Placenta Extract, a natural ingredient renowned for its moisturizing properties; Collagen, which provides the skin with elasticity; and moisturising agent Hyaluronic Acid, which retains moisture in the skin to leave it firm and smooth. Vitamins, specifically Vitamin E and Vitamin C derivatives that further support the effect of the other medicinal ingredients for quicker results. Other active ingredients such as Licorice derivatives (Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate and Stearyl Glycyrrhetinic Acid) and Allantoin are also added to reinforce benefits of all the ingredients for beautiful and youthful skin. The first in Japan to offer a medicated Q10 skincare series, this DHC range comprises six products, namely a Medicated Gel, Milk, Lotion, Cream, Eye Cream and Mask Pack Sheet, all available at selected Watsons stores in Singapore from S$49.90 to S$79.90.
