The Mira Hong Kong is serving up a new champagne Sunday brunch with endless servings of Louis Roederer Champagne and a caviar bar serving Baerii, Moluga, Anchoviar and Avruga, paired with boutique vodka. While these are the obvious highlights of the brunch, there’s also a buffet of appetizers seafood, shucked oysters, a carving station with the Kintoa Pork Ham from the Basque Country, French cheeses, and eggs done as you like it, including their speciality Gourmet Fried Egg with Parmesan Foam with Shallot Confit Sauce and Parma Ham, and barbecue items cooked at the outdoor lounge Vibes.
Mains is a choice of a la carte dishes: pick from Crispy Suckling Pig with Apple, Blood Sausage and Truffle Potato; Beef Tenderloin with Potato Gratin, Tomato, Shallot Sauce; and Lamb Rump Coco Beans Cassoulet with Black Olive and Thyme Jus.
Then on to the dessert spread as well as free flow freshly muddled or shaken cocktails such as Bloody Mary, Mojito and Mai Tai served from live stations at the open-air lounge bar, Vibes, where a DJ spins out smooth tunes. In addition, you could get yourself beer, liqueurs and wine too. The liquid treats are hard to beat. Once you’re done with brunch, crawl home and have a nap.
